You do not need to have a complete project plan before contacting us.
What Can HelpCenterPros Help With?
HelpCenterPros can assist with new Help Center builds, content organization, information architecture, Help Center audits, content writing and migration, search optimization, SEO, AI-readiness, and ongoing maintenance.
Your request can be exploratory. We can help determine which type of engagement best fits your current needs.
Should I Attach Existing Documentation?
Attachments are optional. You may include project summaries, sample documentation, content inventories, requirements, screenshots, or other materials that help explain your current situation.
Do not submit passwords, private customer information, confidential credentials, or other sensitive data through the contact form.
What Happens After I Submit My Request?
HelpCenterPros reviews your request and contacts you using the email address provided. We may ask a few preliminary questions before scheduling an initial consultation.
During the consultation, we discuss your existing content, customers, support challenges, systems, goals, and possible next steps. Depending on your needs, the next step may be discovery, a Help Center audit, an optimization project, a new Help Center build, or a phased engagement.
Is There a Cost for the Initial Consultation?
No. Every HelpCenterPros engagement begins with a free one-hour consultation. The consultation helps determine whether the project is a good fit and which services may provide the greatest value.
Contacting HelpCenterPros does not obligate you to begin a project.
